Shipping

We offer same day shipping on all orders unless placed too late in the day to be shipped.
All large shipments including fire extinguishers, suppression equipment, brackets and cabinets will ship free over $5000 ***if shipping from one location.
National Fire Supply is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged products/packages during shipment. National Fire Supply is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Insurance is available, please contact National Fire Supply for details.

Payments

All orders will be paid at the time of purchase unless otherwise approved for an account on terms.
Electronic checks can be used at the time of purchase and as an added convenience, we will accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Return Policy

All system tank sales are final.
Product returns are accepted 30 days from time of purchase.
No returns on dated items such as fusible links, extinguishers, tampers seals, tags or tanks.
A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted for all returns.
Freight charges will be at the expense of the company sending items to return.
