Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from and use of NationalFireSupply.com and services provided by National Fire Supply Inc. (“National Fire Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, purchasing products from us, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Shipping

We offer same-day shipping on orders when possible. Orders placed after the applicable daily shipping cutoff or orders requiring additional processing may ship on the following business day.

Large shipments, including qualifying fire extinguishers, suppression equipment, brackets, and cabinets, may qualify for free shipping on orders over $5,000 when the qualifying shipment originates from one location.

National Fire Supply is not responsible for delays, losses, damage, carrier mis-delivery, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact National Fire Supply so that the appropriate carrier claim process can be followed. Customers should retain all packaging materials and damaged goods while a claim is being reviewed.

Shipping insurance may be available. Contact National Fire Supply for additional information.

Payments

Unless a customer has been approved for payment terms, payment is due at the time of purchase.

National Fire Supply accepts approved electronic payment methods, including ACH/electronic check and major credit cards.

Applicable credit card processing fees or surcharges may apply and will be disclosed where required.

Returns

All system tank sales are final.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions stated below.

Returns are not accepted on dated products, including but not limited to:

• Fusible links
• Fire extinguishers
• Tamper seals
• Dated tags
• Tanks
• Other dated or time-sensitive merchandise

Unless otherwise approved by National Fire Supply, a 25% restocking fee will apply to returned merchandise.

If a customer orders the incorrect product and subsequently purchases the correct product from National Fire Supply, the restocking fee may be waived at National Fire Supply’s discretion.

Return freight charges are the responsibility of the party returning the merchandise unless National Fire Supply determines that the return resulted from an error made by National Fire Supply.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

National Fire Supply reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, product information, inventory, or other errors appearing on the website.

Product Information

National Fire Supply makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images, and pricing.

Customers are responsible for confirming that products are appropriate for their intended application before purchase.

Product images may be representative, and minor variations may occur.

Genuine OEM & Aftermarket Products

National Fire Supply sells both genuine OEM products and aftermarket replacement products for ANSUL® and PYRO-CHEM® systems.

Aftermarket replacement products are identified in their applicable product titles and/or descriptions so that they are not represented as genuine OEM products.

National Fire Supply is not an authorized distributor, dealer, or affiliate of Johnson Controls or the ANSUL® or PYRO-CHEM® brands.

References to manufacturers, trademarks, brand names, product names, and OEM part numbers are used for identification, compatibility, and reference purposes only.

SMS Messaging Terms

National Fire Supply may offer SMS or text messaging for customer care and other communications to customers who have provided consent.

By opting in, you agree to receive informational text messages (such as customer care notifications) from National Fire Supply. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected]. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Types of Messages

Depending on the manner in which you have opted in, messages from National Fire Supply may include:

• Customer service communications
• Order-related communications
• Shipping or delivery updates
• Account updates
• Quote or product-related follow-up
• Policy or service updates
• Other informational communications associated with your relationship with National Fire Supply

Marketing or promotional messages will only be sent where appropriate consent has been obtained.
