Description

Ansul Plus-Fifty C™ is designed to fight Class B fires involving flammable liquids, gases, and greases, including those that also involve energized electrical equipment (Class C). Compared to carbon dioxide, Plus-Fifty C™ delivers twice the effectiveness by weight in extinguisher applications. It is commonly used to protect commercial cooking equipment—such as fryers, griddles, and range hoods—as well as textile machinery.

This sodium bicarbonate-based agent includes additives that ensure it remains free-flowing, water-repellent, and non-abrasive. It is non-toxic when used as a fire suppressant. The bluish-white color distinguishes it from other dry chemical agents. After use, cleanup is easy with a vacuum cleaner or standard sweeping tools.

Important: Do not mix Plus-Fifty C™ with phosphate-based dry chemicals, as this can trigger a harmful chemical reaction that may damage the extinguisher.
